Jeep Wrangler JKU 3-Link Front / Triangulated 4-Link Rear Belly Pan & Crossmember Bracket Kit – DXF Files
This DXF file kit provides the core structural brackets and crossmembers required to convert a 2012–2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU (4-door only) to a 3-link front suspension with a triangulated 4-link rear, while integrating a heavy-duty belly pan / skid plate system. All components are plasma-table friendly, flat-cut parts featuring tab-and-slot construction for accurate alignment and straightforward fabrication with no sheet-metal bending required.
Designed for serious builders performing axle swaps or full suspension redesigns, this kit replaces the factory front crossmember with a bolt-in long-arm bracket crossmember and adds a rear triangulated 4-link crossmember paired with a heavy duty skid plate.

🔹 100% plasma-table friendly — all parts are flat-cut

Design & Compatibility:

🔹 Compatible with 2-5/8" wide joints (Johnny Joints, Heim joints, Flex joints, etc.)
🔹 9/16" bolt holes throughout (can be drilled or edited to 5/8" depending on joint selection)
🔹 Optimized for aftermarket axle swaps and long-arm suspension with coilovers or ORI struts
Optional Configuration:
The single front upper link mount can be duplicated during cutting to convert the front suspension to a 4-link setup, ideal for full hydraulic steering applications.
